Growing up in Hawaii, Ti developed an early appreciation for hospitality and the sense of community that comes from bringing people together. After moving to Washington, D.C. in 2007, she began working as a server while in college and quickly found a home in the restaurant industry. Bartending became a natural progression, eventually leading to a move into management while working with Richard Sandoval Restaurants.

Over the years, Ti built a diverse hospitality career working across several Richard Sandoval concepts as well as at longtime Washington institutions including The Palm and The Occidental. Along the way, she had the opportunity to learn from mentors who helped shape a thoughtful and people-focused approach to leadership. Today, developing others is one of the most rewarding parts of the job—whether helping someone build confidence in their current role, discover a new strength, or take the next step in their hospitality career.

Ti joined Dauphine’s as Assistant General Manager in January 2025. Having fallen in love with the energy, culture, and unmistakable spirit of New Orleans while visiting the city in the past, Dauphine’s felt like a natural fit. Ti brings a strong commitment to hospitality, team development, and creating a restaurant culture where both guests and employees feel genuinely welcomed.

Outside of the restaurant, Ti enjoys heading to the beach whenever possible, painting, and making jewelry.
