Born in Spain and raised around the world, Iñigo Oyarzabal has spent his life exploring the world through food and hospitality. His journey has taken him from kitchens and dining rooms across the U.S. to leading restaurant teams in Washington, D.C. Along the way, he’s learned that the best dining experiences come from a mix of passion, culture, and genuine connection—values he brings to every guest interaction.

Before joining Dauphines, Iñigo worked with acclaimed teams at Jaleo and Officina, where he helped shape menus, develop beverage programs, and share the joy of hospitality with guests. Whether curating a wine list, mentoring staff, or greeting diners at the door, his goal remains the same: to make people feel welcome, inspired while experiencing an outstanding culinary experience.
