Originally from Honolulu Hawaii, Jason has been a Washingtonian since 1998 and has a long history in the hospitality industry. Jason’s background in bartending led him to take on the bar program at Poste Moderne
Brasserie in Penn Quarter. From there he began his management career as the Area Food & Beverage Manager for Modus Hotels and then joined the team at Think Food Group as the General Manager at Oyamel, Jose Andres’, Mexican concept. Most recently Jason was the Executive General Manager at Fiola Mare, Fabio Trabocchi’s coastal Italian restaurant on the Georgetown Waterfront. Jason and his fiancée, Kate, live in Dupont Circle.
