Euan grew up appreciating great food all over the world. Born in Scotland, and with time in Africa, he settled in the U.S. as a 16 year old. He’s lived all over the country and started his career in restaurants while in Florida after a successful decade as a musician. He signed on at McCormick & Schmicks as a server and was a General Manager within 4 years. Traveling to D.C. in 2012, Euan was soon hired on as service manager at Le Diplomate, which lead to a spot on the opening team at St Anselm. He’s delighted to bring his years of experience and international perspective to Dauphine’s.
